• Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
• We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage.
• Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

• International shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the shipping service selected.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional carrier fees may occur. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will gladly assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped. If free shipping was provided on the original order, the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
