At Global Traders US, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders under $50.00 are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.99.
  • Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
  • We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

  • International shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the shipping service selected.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Please note that some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries due to local import regulations.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional carrier fees may occur. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will gladly assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an incorrect item received or a product that arrived damaged because of our error.
